Things you might find here, in this blog, are mostly related to software development as it is my work. I’m especially interested in lean, agile, helping people, test-driven development, and lately BDD and specification by example. I work currently as a delivery mentor in a global IT R&D services organization, helping teams and individuals in their work, and helping the organization towards a culture of continuous improvement.

In the picture on the right I’m in the the Oriental Pearl Tower Shanghai, with my son. I don’t know how high up that platform was, but standing on a transparent floor was scary as hell! :) A little while ago I lived in China (not in Shanghai though) and now I live in Jyväskylä area, Central-Finland.
